Mrs Francesca Perry

I became Head Teacher & Staff Governor at Stanley Green Infant Academy in January 2022 and immediately felt part of the school family! I genuinely love being here; I feel an enormous sense of pride at being able to lead the school and aim to make a positive difference for all children within our school community. I qualified as a teacher in 1997, became a SENCO in 2011 and gained my NPQH in April 2020.

I have had a wealth of teaching experience starting in London, having embarked on a career change after being inspired by a teacher at evening classes. I have taught every age group from Reception to Year 6 and my golden moments and glimmers always happen when I am in class with the children learning.

My mission is to instill a 'Love for Learning, Love for Life!' My dream is that every child thrives, is ambitious and works hard to achieve their lifelong dreams.

I grew up in the Midlands, moved to London but now live in Christchurch with my family. I am married with two daughters who are both currently studying at University. We are still discovering the many beautiful places in Dorset but love to go in search of sunnier climates whenever we can!
